If offline product activation fails, these tips may help you solve the problem.
You have received an offline activation response file (.fwar), but when trying to activate with the file, the FotoWare product still fails to activate.
The product key you are trying to use has expired after you have run a fulfillment process and received new product keys. The automated system that handles offline activation requests does not recognize this and returns an activation response file that contains an error message. You can verify this by opening the activation response file in Notepad or another plain text editor and looking for the error message 'Only deployed entitlement line item can be fulfilled'.
Log on to the license center and obtain your new product keys. You may have to run a license fulfillment to receive the most recent keys. Then generate a new offline activation request file using the new key.
