Administrators can create custom icons with links to resources that FotoWeb users can click on to access. Button visibility can be customized so they're even available for guests.
Where is this configured?
This feature is configured in the FotoWeb site configuration in the Operations Center. Navigate to Site settings - Behavior - Appearance. You find the settings in the Toolbar buttons section.
Click on Add button to create a custom button with a link.
Icon: Click on the icon to choose from the available icons.
Tooltip: Type in the explanatory text that appears when users hover over the icon in the FotoWeb user interface.
Available for Guest: Choose whether the custom link should be visible to unauthenticated visitors to the site (guests)
Url: Enter the url that should be opened when a user clicks the icon.
TIP! It's possible to use all tags described in the User tags in FotoWeb article in the url. These will be replaced for logged-in users.
Behavior: Choose whether the link opens in new tab or in the currently open one.
