When trying to log in to FotoWeb, the user receives the following message:
"Your credentials are valid, but you are logged in elsewhere. Please log out from other browsers and try again."
The user has already logged in on another computer and that session is still active.
If possible, locate the device or computer where the user is logged in and log out from that session.
Contact the FotoWeb system administrator and have the currently active FotoWeb session terminated.
