Setting the tab order in a custom metadata editor
Setting tab order
Having created your custom metadata editor layout, right-click an empty area in the grid and choose Set tab order.
Then click on the field in the order you would like users to jump from one field to another using the Tab key.
Having set the order, click on an empty area in the layout to store the tab order.
