Setting global units of measure

Choice of unit

Where: Expand the General node in the configuration tree and select Miscellaneous.

This part of the program configuration lets you choose the standard unit of measure used in the program. The choices you make here will be reflected in program dialogs for setting image sizes, among other things.

Choosing a unit for width and height

Width and height units: Choose the default unit for width and height by choosing either centimeter or inches from the dropdown list.

Setting a unit of measure for resolution

Resolution unit: By opening this dropdown list, you can choose the default unit of measure for image resolution. Choose between pixels/inch and pixels/cm.
