Azure AD synchronization details

Fields that are synchronized with Azure AD

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Primary Email Address
  • Preferred Username
  • Names and unique IDs of all groups in Azure AD that the user is a direct or indirect member of

All of the information about, except for group memberships, is then stored in the user's profile in FotoWare, and it is updated with information from Azure AD on every login.

If synchronization of additional fields to FotoWare is required, a possibility is to use SAML rather than Azure AD.
