Getting support for FotoWare as a Service

At FotoWare, we strive to make ourselves available. To send us a message or have us call you, open the subscription dashboard by opening the Tools menu (the wrench icon in the top right corner) and choosing Manage subscription. Note that only the user that is registered as the site owner has access to this dashboard.

Once logged in to the dashboard, go to the Contact us node in the column on the left hand side to get in touch with FotoWare Support or Sales.

Here, you can post a support request via the support portal or get in touch with our sales team with any sales-related questions you may have.
