How do I get support for FotoWare as a Service?

Contacting FotoWare Support

Requests for support and/or professional services can be submitted via the CONTACT US button on the FotoWare Support page

Site owners also have access to the subscription dashboard in FotoWare SaaS, as shown in the screenshot below, where you can send us a message or have us call you. Open the Tools menu (the wrench icon in the top right corner) and choose Manage subscription. 

Once logged in to the dashboard, go to the Contact us node in the column on the left to get in touch with FotoWare Support or Sales.

Note: If your FotoWare site has been configured by your local FotoWare partner, you can get in touch with them directly for assistance.

What information do we need to work on your support case?

The points below outline the information we need to be able to solve the problem you're having. Make sure to include this information as best you can.

Provide us with a problem description where you also try to describe the following:

  • What precisely did you do? If possible, provide us with steps to reproduce the problem.
  • What did you expect to happen?
  • What did happen?
