Adding a note to an asset
Overview
Learn how to add a note to an image or an asset in your archives. Notes are visual "sticky notes" that show on the thumbnails in the archive.
Feature
Choose the Notes option in the context menu. A small window (a sheet on the Mac) will open. Type in the desired note in the text field. When you are done, click on the OK button. A small yellow sticker appears on the file’s thumbnail to indicate that a note has been added to the file. You can click the sticker symbol to view or edit the image note.
Notice: If image marker settings have been changed (open the archive’s properties to view or edit the marker’s settings), FotoStation may not display the image note symbol on the thumbnail even if a note has been added to it.
