Enabling SmartFolder navigation
To enable SmartFolder navigation on an archive, open the archive management (Tools - Manage site - Archives), open the properties of the archive and go to the General tab on the properties sheet. Then enable the SmartFolder navigation option. This will allow all users of the archive to navigate its contents using the SmartFolders that you have created.
Did you know?
You can change the name of the SmartFolder column in the user interface. Just tick the Custom SmartFolder name checkbox and choose what you'd like to call this navigation panel.
