Consent management archive settings

Setting the correct archive permissions is one of several steps involved in setting up the overall Consent Management functionality.

This topic explains how to enable consent management for an archive and how to configure user access.

General 

To be able to associate assets in an archive with a consent form, you must enable consent management for the archive.

  1. Go to Settings for the relevant archive.
  2. Open the General tab and turn on the Consent management toggle (outlined in red below).

  1. Select Save.


Access list

Access to different levels of consent management is set per archive. 

  1. Open the Access list for the archive.
  2. Select the group or user whose access to consent management you would like to change, and choose one of the three permissions related to consent management:

  • View consent summary - Gives the user/group access to view consent markers and consent status. 
  • View consent details - Gives the user/group access to view consent markers, consent status, and consent forms linked to an asset. Additionally, the user can edit consent forms based on templates to which they have access.  
  • Manage consent status - Gives the user/group access to view consent markers, consent status, and consent forms linked to an asset. The user can edit consent forms based on templates to which they have access.  Additionally, the user can manage consent form assets. 
  1. Select Save.
