To add contact information to a user, open the user management by opening the Tools menu (cogwheel) and choosing Manage Users/Groups.
Choose Edit on the user whose contact information you'd like to modify and go to the Details tab to change contact information fields.
Enter a basic description of the user and URL for the user’s / company’s website.
If the user has a personal home page address, enter it here.
Address information is purely for informational purposes.
These fields can be configured to store commerce details for the user.
Enter profession and type of business.
User’s telephone and fax number.
