Fotoware SaaS maintenance windows

​​​​​​​Fotoware SaaS tenants are routinely maintained and updated. The table below describes these maintenance windows, at which time your site may become unavailable.

All time zones are without respect to daylight-savings time (DST). This means that, for example, in a country, state, or region that observes DST, maintenance can be performed at 04:00 local time during DST (summer) and at 03:00 local time during standard time (winter).


Types of updates

Critical patches

Critical patches are patches that improve stability or security, and not applying the patch will significantly reduce the experience of the system or potentially expose the servers to security risks. These patches are applied without prior warning.

Regular patches and maintenance

Normal patches and routine maintenance are necessary to keep the system running optimally and to enhance the experience of the system. They should not change the behavior of the system for a user but may introduce new functionality that administrators can enable.
Feature updates are significant changes to our services that may change the behavior of the system for users.

Fotoware will issue notifications of these patches retrospectively.
