All time zones are without respect to daylight-savings time (DST). This means that, for example, in a country, state or region that observes DST, maintenance may be performed at 04:00 local time during DST (summer) and at 03:00 local time during standard time (winter). |
Explanation of the types of updates
Critical Patches
Critical patches are patches that improve stability or security, and where not applying the patch will significantly reduce the experience of the system or potentially expose the servers to security risks. These patches are applied without prior warning.
Regular Patches and Maintenance
Normal patches and routine maintenance are tasks necessary to keep the system running optimally and to enhance the experience of the system. They should not change the behavior of the system for a user, but may introduce new functionality that administrators can enable.
Feature updates are major changes to our services that may change the behavior of the system for users
