Setting an access list on several archives

At times it may be necessary to assign a common access list for a number of created archives. This can be accomplished by going to the Site Configuration (in the Tools menu) and accessing the Archives node.

Select the archives that the access list should apply to and click on Set access list, as seen in the screenshot.

Now, assign access as usual. Remember that the access you specify overrides any existing access on the included archives.
