Sending an email notification when a workflow has been run

Fotoware can be configured to issue an email notification when a workflow has been run using an action or an interactive marker.

It is configured by editing the settings of the action or marker and going to the Notification tab.

Enabling the option to Send notification message on successful completion, and then type in the email address, a subject line and a message body. You can also include thumbnails of the processed assets by enabling the Include thumbnails option.

Tip: To send a notification to more than use email address, separate the individual email addresses with a semicolon.
