How to find and use taxonomy items quickly
Whether taxonomies are used to filter archive content or add metadata to assets, large taxonomies can be challenging to navigate. These handy taxonomy features can help.
Taxonomy search filter
To help users work faster, each taxonomy has a search filter that searches the entire taxonomy recursively. Using the search field, you can enter label or part of a label, and when you select Enter the matches are displayed to allow you to apply the filter.
Pinning often used taxonomy items
Users who find themselves using the same taxonomy items often can add a pin to their most used items to make them appear at the top of the taxonomy.
In taxonomies several levels deep, pinning an item at a lower level places it at the top of its level.
