Adding contact information to a FotoWeb user
To add contact information to a user, open the User Management console (go to Tools (cogwheel) > Manage Users/Groups.
Choose Edit for the user whose contact information you'd like to modify and go to the Details tab to change contact information fields.
Description
Enter a basic description of the user and the URL for their website.
Address
Address information is purely for informational purposes.
Payment
These fields can be configured to store commercial details for the user.
Business
Enter a profession and type of business.
Telephone
Enter the user's telephone and fax number.
