Assigning InDesign Extension access to groups
How to give InDesign users access to place assets from Fotoware in layouts.
To allow users to make use of the Adobe InDesign Extension, they need to belong to a group which is given the InDesign Editor permission, as shown in the screenshot.
Further, users need Place permission on each individual archive from which they should be allowed to place assets into the InDesign layout.
