When a quick rendition of an asset is requested, either by a user or via the API, Fotoware delivers the preview with its metadata. In some cases, you may want to exclude certain metadata from quick renditions. You can control this by selecting the metadata fields to include in previews.

From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Site Configuration > Metadata > Metadata Setup.

The Include in previews column determines which metadata fields are included in quick renditions. Clear the checkbox for any field whose metadata you want to exclude from quick renditions.
