To set up and configure a custom domain for your Fotoware tenant, follow these steps: 

1. Configure DNS settings
   
   Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider:
   Type: CNAME
   Name: custom.domain.com (your chosen subdomain). See Custom Domain Name policy for rules and guidelines.  
   Target: customer.fotoware.cloud
   
   

   Note

   Ensure no conflicting records exist for the same name.

    

2. Notify Fotoware Support
Once the DNS change is live, contact Fotoware Support to inform them that the custom domain has been configured. 
Fotoware Support will verify the DNS entry and activate the custom domain for your account.

3. Automatic system configuration
After activation, Fotoware Veloz will automatically:

• Provision and maintain TLS certificates.
• Route traffic to the correct tenant environment.
• Ensure continuous certificate renewal and availability.
