Technical configuration details
Metadata views per archive
Three metadata views have been made for this configuration:
- Default Metadata View for SaaS
- Metadata View for Upload
- Metadata View for All Files archive
1 - Assigned to all regular archives
2 - Assigned to the Upload archive - also contains the archive designator field - #800
3 - Assigned to the All Files archive - same definition as (2) Metadata View for Upload, allowing admins to reassign the archive that assets are stored in.

GDPR | 821 | Consent for use | Bag | YES | The types of usage consent given: Internal, Marketing, Print, Social Media, Website. Each value is coupled with a visual marker. |
GDPR | 830 | Consent Expiry | Date | NO | An expiry date for the given consent. Upon expiry, thumbs/previews are marked red. |
Review/Approval workflow | 802 | Review Status | Single | NO | Used by admin to give new uploaded assets a thumbs-up, e.g. after verifying that all neccessary metadata is filled in. Not editable directly - field is populated through action available to Editors only. |
Assign asset(s) to an archive (At upload or when moving assets between archives.) |

Used to set access to Restricted (= Fotoware Editors only), Internal (= All registered users), or Public (= Access for all, including unauthenticated guests) Access can be set either through the Set Access actions, or by editing the Access field on an asset in the All files archive. |
