Simple review workflow

The purpose of the review workflow is to allow a Fotoware editor to review incoming assets and give them a "stamp of approval", for example to certify that they have been adequately tagged and stored in the right collection.
The workflow itself consists of a single action called Asset Review - OK that's available to a privileged user or group of users (in our case the Fotoware Editors group, though any other group can be used).
When run on a selection of assets, the action updates the selected assets with "OK" in field 802 - Review Status. This results in a green checkmark marker being shown on the assets to let Fotoware users know that this asset has been reviewed.

SmartFolders to filter archive content by Review Status
SmartFolders are also created to allow users to find assets that are either pending review or assets that have been reviewed - practical for a DAM admin who needs to review e.g. the metadata status of new assets uploaded to the system.
