Tag with copyright workflow 

This is a simple workflow that demonstrates how an admin can add a copyright string to a selection of assets using a macro that dynamically inserts content.

The action adds the copyright string to field #116 - Copyright String, and dynamically inserts the photographer's name into the string by using the photographer listed in field #080 - Author/Photographer.

From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Site Configuration > Workflows > Actions and open the Source asset tab.

This is how it works technically:

A macro is applied to all the selected assets, and field 116 Copyright string is modified, replacing any existing content with a copyright string that inserts the photographer's (or photographers') name from field 80 using one of Fotoware's dynamic asset tags - see the screenshot.
