Understand the requirements
First off, make sure you understand the requirements for using the Archive Agent API
Enable the Archive Agent interface
The Archive Agent API has to be enabled for a group of users in the Fotoware Operations Center before they can start making requests to it.
Understand how user authentication works
A separate article outlines what you need to know about user authentication in the Archive Agent.
Make test requests in a web browser
Having completed the above steps, log in to FotoWeb through a web browser and make some test API calls using the browser's address bar.
