Software requirements

  • Windows Server 2025, 2022, or 2019 

These components will be downloaded during the installation process.

Connect is a 32-bit application, but it is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows Server.

Hardware requirements

  • Minimum one 2.0 GHz processor, Multi-core / Multi-CPU system recommended
  • Minimum 1 GB of system memory, 4 GB or more recommended
