Finding the MAC address of your server

Start by opening the Windows command prompt.
Enter the following and press Enter:

`1`	`ipconfig /all`

Locate the entry for the server's Ethernet card in the list of available interfaces:

The Physical Address in line 4 above is the ID Fotoware needs to create the license file you need for the license server. Send that information to us so we can generate the license file.
