How to change the expiration date of a picture exported for use in a CMS.

Changing the expiry date of an exported picture

Sometimes it may be practical to change a picture's expiration date. For instance, you may be using purchased pictures on your website for which you only have usage rights for a certain period before the license is renewed. Supposing you have renewed such a license and want to extend the period during which the picture will be featured on the site. 

1. From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Manage exports to see a complete list of all the pictures that have been exported from the archives you have CMS export privileges for.
2. Select the blue calendar icon next to the picture for which you want to change the expiration date. 
3. Enter the new expiration date in the calendar view.
   To remove the expiration date and make the picture feature permanently, select Clear and then Apply to save the changes. Select Close to close the window without saving your changes.
