Managing pictures that have been exported to a CMS
Learn how to manage the pictures you have exported from FotoWeb for use in your Content Management System (CMS).

Managing exports
From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Manage exports to see a complete list of all the pictures that have been exported from the archives you have CMS export privileges for.
Required permissions
To manage exports, a user must have the Export permission set on the archive in question and the Manage Exports permission set on a group that the user is a member of.
Tip: To manage the various exports of a single picture, click on it in the grid to open the Description page, click on Actions and choose Manage Exports. That will display the various exports of that picture only.
You can control the following:
- Change the expiration date of an exported picture
- Revoke an exported picture, or re-publish a picture that has been revoked
- Obtain the link to the exported picture
- Completely delete an export (requires administrative group privilege)
