Searching

To search your asset library, tap the search field (outlined in red below) and enter a search word. You can select Recent, Archives, Albums, or Pins to search a specific location.

If you enter more than one word, Fotoware Mobile will search for files that contain all of the words, but not necessarily in the exact order that they were entered (also known as an AND-search). 

Fotoware Mobile searches all the archives that you have access to and returns a list of archives where the search resulted in a match.

The app saves your search history so that when you perform a future search, you can easily select one of your previous searches to perform it again. The search history is filtered as you type to display searches that match your input.

Displaying the search results

To display the files that match your search in an archive, tap on the archive in the list. The files are displayed in a thumbnail grid view. To return to the archives list, use the Back arrow in the upper left corner. From there, you can use the Back arrow in the upper left corner to return to the search screen.
