Fotoware SaaS tenants are routinely maintained and updated. The table below describes these maintenance windows, at which time your site may become unavailable.

Not all time zones are adjusted for daylight saving time (DST). This means, for example, that in a country, state, or region that observes DST, maintenance can be performed at 04:00 local time during DST (summer) and at 03:00 local time during standard time (winter).
Types of releases
Hotfixes
Hotfixes improve stability or security, and not applying them can significantly degrade the system's performance or expose servers to security risks. Hotfixes are applied without prior warning.
Updates
Normal updates and routine maintenance are necessary to keep the system running optimally and enhance the user experience. They should not change the system's behavior for a user, but may introduce new functionality that administrators can enable.
Feature updates are significant changes to our services that may change the system's behavior for users.
