Fotoware Veloz maintenance windows

Fotoware SaaS tenants are routinely maintained and updated. The table below describes these maintenance windows, at which time your site may become unavailable.

All time zones are without respect to daylight-savings time (DST). This means that, for example, in a country, state, or region that observes DST, maintenance can be performed at 04:00 local time during DST (summer) and at 03:00 local time during standard time (winter).

Types of releases

Hotfixes 

Hotfixes improve stability or security, and not applying the hotfix can significantly reduce the system's experience or potentially expose the servers to security risks. Hotfixes are applied without prior warning.

Updates

Normal updates and routine maintenance are necessary to keep the system running optimally and enhance the user experience. They should not change the system's behavior for a user but may introduce new functionality that administrators can enable.
Feature updates are significant changes to our services that may change the system's behavior for users.
