Managing exports

From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Manage exports. This opens the complete list of all the pictures that have been exported from the archives where you have CMS export privileges.

Tip: To manage the various exports of a single picture, select it in the grid to open the Description page. Select Actions and choose Manage Exports. The various exports of the selected picture are displayed.

You can configure the following:

• Change the expiry date of an exported picture
• Revoke an exported picture or re-publish a picture that has been revoked
• Obtain the link to the exported picture
• Completely delete an export (requires administrative group privilege)
