Enabling annotations in an archive

1. From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Site Configuration > Archives. 
2. Open the General tab.
3. Turn on the Enable annotations toggle to allow users with access to the archive to see annotations created on assets.
4. Select Save. 

Giving users or groups access to create annotations in the archive 

1. From the Tools menu (cogwheel icon), go to Site Configuration > Archives.
2. Open the Access list tab.
3. To give users or groups access to create annotations, select the Annotate permission. 
4. Select Save.

Giving users access to manage annotations and moderate comments

On the General tab for the specific group, select the permissions you want to assign: 

• Manage annotations: Allows members of the group to edit and delete annotations created by other users.
• Moderate comments: Allows members of the group to edit and delete comments added by other users, including comments on archives, assets, and annotations.

Save your changes.
