How to give InDesign users access to place assets from Fotoware in layouts.

To allow users to make use of the Adobe InDesign Extension, they need to belong to a group that is given the InDesign editor permission, as shown in the screenshot below.

Furthermore, users need Place permission on each archive from which they should be able to add assets to an InDesign layout.
