Controlling who has access to use an action
When configuring an action you can go to the Access list tab in the action's properties to add individual users or groups that are given access to use the action.
Assigning actions to archives
This feature is only available when using Extended Actions. Extended Actions are available to FotoWare Main users and FotoWare Pro users.
In addition to setting an access list on the action itself, you can specify the archives in which the action should appear. That way, you can control the precise actions that can be used in a certain archive and thus control the workflow possibilities.
When configuring the action, go to Archive filter tab and select the archives where the action should appear. The action can be shown in all archives, or you can include or exclude it in specific archives only.
