Overview 

The usage consent configuration consists of the following items:

Archive: Employee Portraits

Feature: Configure consent forms and Manage consent forms group permissions assigned to the Fotoware Editors group on the site.

Usage 

Create a consent form template and obtain consent using the mobile app or emailing or IM'ing a link from the FOtoWare Consent form creation page.

Upload the pictures taken to the Employee portraits archive. This archive uses a separate pool to separate the files from the other archives.

Future development 

• Assign the consent form to the images.
• Allow user to browse pictures of themselves and accept/reject images from the series.
