You can create an embed by right-clicking a file and selecting Embed. Once the embed has been created, select Manage. You should now get redirected to the following page.

To adjust the image settings, you can now click on the content item on the right side. The Media Editor should then appear. You can now resize, crop, or change the image's format, then save or share it.
