Setting an access list on several archives

You can apply the same access list ot multiple archives at the same time.
- From the Tools menu, select Site Configuration.
- Select Archives.
- Select the archives you want to update.
- Select Set access list.
- Assign access as usual.
Note
When you apply an access list to multiple archives, the specified access replaces the existing access settings for all selected archives.
