Improvements
Expiration dates available for all shared albums
The album expiration feature has been extended to all shared albums. Users can now specify how long an album remains available when shared, with access automatically expiring on the selected date.
For more information, see Sharing albums and Sharing albums in the Pro interface.
Video annotations
You can now add annotations and comments to videos to highlight areas of interest, provide feedback, or discuss specific moments in the video. Video annotations work similarly to image annotations and can be associated with specific points on the video timeline.

Accessibility improvements
The following accessibility updates improve support for keyboard navigation and assistive technologies and align with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards:
-
Extended Search accessibility
Extended Search now provides descriptive headings, real-time status updates for screen reader users, visible labels for search fields in the File Attributes section, and improved scrolling behavior. The interface also opens as a modal dialog, providing a clearer context and a more predictable user experience. -
Download workflow accessibility
Navigation links now provide improved keyboard and screen reader support. To improve accessibility, downloads no longer start automatically when processing is complete. Instead, users can start the download manually by selecting Download in the Processing Finished dialog. The workflow also includes clearer status messages and instructions. -
Preview page navigation accessibility
Previous and next links on preview pages are now fully keyboard-accessible and correctly identified as links by screen readers and other assistive technologies. -
Upload to Fotoware accessibility
The Upload to Fotoware section now opens as a modal dialog with visible focus indicators and support for closing the dialog with the ESC key. These changes improve keyboard navigation. -
Add Asset to Album accessibility
Pin icons in the Add Asset to Album section now include descriptive labels and improved screen reader support, making it easier to identify album controls and distinguish between albums. -
Mobile navigation accessibility
Pages now support scrolling, zooming, and navigation on mobile devices, improving usability and accessibility across supported mobile browsers, including Chrome and Safari.
Export and localization
-
Improved JPG export accuracy
Exporting a JPG without applying any image changes in the Export wizard could slightly alter the image dimensions. Exported JPG files now retain the correct pixel dimensions. -
Date formats now respect regional settings
Dates selected using the date picker now follow the regional settings of the user's browser or device. Previously, dates were always displayed in the American date format regardless of locale.
General improvements
- Fixed scenarios where file paths were not handled correctly during upload.
- Improved text extraction from documents, making document content indexing more reliable.
- Improved download reliability and performance.
Known issues
- Text annotations cannot currently be edited while viewing a video in full-screen mode. To edit a text annotation, exit full-screen mode and make the changes in the standard video view.
- In Consent Management template settings, members cannot currently be sorted by Type on the Access list tab.
