Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in to FotoWeb, you can easily reset the password if you can access the email address associated with your FotoWeb account.

On the FotoWeb login screen, select the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.

For security reasons, you are automatically locked out after 10 unsuccessful attempts to log in with an incorrect username or password. Following 10 consecutive failures, you must wait one hour before trying to log in again. Alternatively, you can contact your administrator for assistance. This restriction does not apply to users using SSO.
