If you have permission to download files from Fotoware, select one or more files and select Download in the action bar.
Depending on how the archive has been configured, you may be able to choose a processing profile to resize an image or apply other server-side processing. Select the processing profile you want to use, then select Start to begin processing.
When processing is complete, the Processing Finished dialog appears. Select Download to download the processed files.
When you download multiple files, they are processed and packaged in a single ZIP file.
Downloading files from the Details page
You can also download a file from the Details page. Select Download above the asset preview. Depending on how the archive has been configured, you may be able to choose from several processing profiles before downloading the file.
If the file requires processing, select Download in the Processing Finished dialog when processing is complete.
Email notification for longer processing tasks
Processing large collections of files can take some time. You can close the processing dialog and continue working in Fotoware while the files are being prepared. When processing is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to download the files.
