Editing asset metadata (On-Premises)

Adding metadata to your files is paramount to keeping your asset collections in order. This guide explains how to add metadata to assets in the main FotoWeb interface and how you can configure taxonomies to improve archive navigation and facilitate metadata entry for users.

  • Switching between metric and imperial size measures

The image size (print size and resolution) displayed on the asset details page in Fotoware and in the asset information panel in Fotoware Pro, can be displayed in either metric or imperial format, i.e., cm or inch.
